Prior to founding Boyd’s, Eric has worked for several large auto collision repair centers as an auto body and refinish technician, mechanic, frame technician, damage appraiser, and shop manager. He also has experience in fiberglass and fabrication. Eric is certified by Sikkens, I-CAR, ASE, 3M, and Celette. </p> <p>Along with growing up in the industry, Marie Olson has had over 16 years experience in the field. She has worked as an office manager, damage appraiser, bookkeeper, parts manager, marketing director, and in job costing. Marie also has taken estimating certification classes with CCC and Mitchell.
